The Rexroth hydraulic relief valve is a precision pressure control component designed for hydraulic systems. Also known as a return valve, it serves to regulate system working pressure or limit maximum pressure to prevent system overload.

Available in spring type and rod type configurations
Includes impulse type, pilot type, safety switch, and decompression variants
Prevents system overloading by diverting excess flow through valve port
Requires proper installation to prevent external leakage from seal damage or loose fittings

Spring type safety valves operate through spring force and are available in closed (for hazardous media) and non-closed (for inert gases) versions. Some models include a wrench for manual testing and emergency use. Lever safety valves use weighted leverage but have larger dimensions.
