2. Precautions for use


‌Hardware installation and maintenance ‌

PLC wiring needs to be operated gently to avoid violent plugging and unplugging of input/output interfaces; address coding must be strictly corresponding (such as input 0.0–0.7, output 1.0–1.7).

The guide rails need to be lubricated regularly, and the lubrication cycle can be extended to twice the industry average, but temperature fluctuations need to be monitored (such as the temperature difference in die-casting scenarios should be controlled within ±2°C).

Common overload or short-circuit faults in tightening controllers require regular inspection of power supply stability and grounding conditions.
When the system pressure is insufficient, check the unloading valve function first instead of directly replacing the pilot valve.

Select the controller model according to the load requirements (such as the new model that supports CAN FD) to avoid cost waste caused by functional redundancy.
