Yuken Hydraulic Relief Valve BG-10-32 For Specific Hydraulic Requirements

The Yuken hydraulic product range is available in three different design standards:

• 80 Design Standard: For Europe and metric-standard countries, meeting CETOP, DIN, and ISO standards
• 90/950 Design Standard: For North America, meeting NAS, USAS, and NFPA standards
• No Suffix Design: For Japan, meeting JIS standards

• Minimize ventline internal volume to prevent chattering (reduce pipe diameter and length)
• Pressure adjustment: Loosen lock nut, turn handle clockwise (higher pressure) or counter-clockwise (lower pressure), then tighten lock nut
• Tank line piping should connect directly to reservoir, not shared with other valves
• Pressure limited by collars (each collar equals 10 MPa/1450 PSI)
• Minimum flow requirements: 8 L/min for models 03/06, 15 L/min for model 10
